Jodi's Wedding
I remember being pregnant and people telling me I would "fall in love with my husband all over again when I watched him with our children." I did not realize how true this statement would be. It is so amazing to see what kind of dad Jimmy is. It is too bad that he can not see for himself what a great Dad he really is. As you can see in this photo, he loves his little girl so much. They danced the night away...maybe because his wife was big and pregnant:)...no, he was proud to have his daughter to dance with and she was just as happy dancing with her dad. Yeah, I see this picture and I love him a little more.

Boy or Girl
This picture makes me smile and gets me angry all at the same time. I think the picture is very sweet! I had this picture in a frame at Northland and everyone had a hard time telling which one was the boy and which one was the girl. What??? The girl is the one wearing a dress!!!!! I guess that was to hard for some people to figure out. Of course, most people we came across were convinced that twins had to be the same sex...so they must be boys. Yes, Alli dressed in a pink dress with earring is a boy!!! Poor girl, that is why her dad took her at 9 months old to get earrings, hoping people would let her be a girl. Maybe that is why she is such a girly girl now ~crap~ we might be to blame for the princess!

Loved These Outfits
To this day, these are still one of my most favorite outfits. They were identical, minus the blue and pink. They looked TOO CUTE in these outfits. I still have these overalls (and shirts too). Jimmy has limited me to one bin of "items" that I am allowed to keep. At first, I had a hard time getting rid of anything, but realize now I can not keep it all. It was a bummer, Ashley was too big to ever wear this. For the record, overalls are super cute, but not good in photos. They pop up too much.

It's funny to think back and remember this is how we got them to sleep, cuddling next to each other. Who knew just a few short years later I would hear "Mom, Isaac's touching me" or "Mom, Alli won't move". How time changes in a blink of an eye. I am glad that I took so many photos of them "snuggling"...PROOF that at one time I know that they loved each other. Oh, who am I kidding? They will always have that special bond...they are twins and for the most part each other's best friend. I hope that never changes!
