We had our follow up appointment with Dr. Verhagen yesterday (pediatric dentist). She informed us that the teeth have all tightened nicely. After two x-rays, she was a little concerned about the root of the front tooth. It is dead and is starting to "eat" away. As long as she does not get an infection, they will not have to pull the tooth. Dr. Verhagen guesses that the tooth should last about another 2 years and judging her x-ray, her adult tooth should start to come in at around 7-1/2, which means she will be without her front tooth for 2-3 years...better than 4-5 years. One day at a time...that is all you can do!
